Anoora Scarf – Crochet Pattern

I gave this beautiful crochet scarf the name Anoora because it’s full of light. The chain spaces it has, are like windows and they create a unique, open and light pattern.

Anoora is a feminine name that can mean ‘honour’, derived from the late Roman masculine name Honorius, ‘grace’, in Hebrew and in English, it can also refer to ‘light.’ A beautiful name if you ask me!

Chain spaces
The chain spaces give this scarf a very stylish look and feel. You’ll be able to wear this scarf during all seasons. It’s not too warm, and it’s a classy accessory that will complement your outfit.

The scarf is worked tip to tip in rows. In the first part you’ll increase on both sides, then comes the middle part, the body, and in the last part you’ll decrease on both sides.

The pattern is suitable for the adventurous beginner. The only stitches you need to be able to make are the single crochet and the chain stitch. I’ve made a photo tutorial to make it even easier.

• Yarn
• Crochet hook 4.5 mm
• Scissors
• Yarn needle

Yarn used: 2 skeins of Hobbii Seashell (50g/150m, 40% Cotton, 35% Bamboo Viscose, 25% Linen) 80 gr used

Gauge: is not important for this project.

Measurements finished scarf : 8 cm at widest point x 240 cm long
